About Studio Illicit
Studio Illicit broke the mould from the very start – launching 15 years ago as a recording studio, founded by three members of a touring punk band. Now, we’re a tight-knit team of eight, working from our studio in Exeter’s indie quarter, McCoys Arcade. We’re far from your typical corporate web agency, and we keep our punk roots alive by bringing energy and creativity to every project.
We also take our social responsibilities seriously – leading by example in sustainable web development and maintaining a fully green office. We’re an equal-opportunity employer, valuing the diverse skills and perspectives that make our team and our work truly original.
Check out our portfolio to see some of the exciting brands we’ve worked with – Earth Agency, Exploding Bakery, World Extreme Medicine, and Jolly’s Drinks, to name a few.
Beyond the work, we offer killer office vibes, great coffee, regular beer and pizza socials, and a work environment where creativity thrives.
