It’s 2019 and we couldn’t have more cool stuff to shout about!
The Team
We’re super stoked to welcome James Fielden as our newest addition to the design team. He specialises in web design, film making, and film production effects (like setting things on fire, and basically making things look awesome).
Our team is now working at full tilt: Jack England, who joined us in July, has had a killer start. He’s already moved up to head of accounts and is pretty much running the client-side of Illicit.
Upcoming Launches
We’re looking forward to launching some of our most exciting projects to date too. This includes a portfolio site for DCT8, the media team behind campaigns for Mclaren, Hyundai and Kia, a rocking new e-commerce site for Voyager Coffee, and revamped online stores for our superstar clients Roastworks and Littles coffee. Many, many more beautiful developments for our trend-setting, ass-kicking clients are also in the pipeline.
We also intend to invest more in the company, our staff and our overall education in the ways of life, love and design. This will involve Kevin’s first kitesurfing lesson, a debauched tour of Amsterdam (with the web Awwwards conference snuck in for good measure), and the new Foundry 17 table tennis super league! All of this will be bought to you via glorious technicolour video blogs and posts.
We also want to share the love, and will be running a series of seminars on everything from the latest in design and development trends to e-commerce conversion optimisation.
Foundry 17
Lastly, a special shout-out to our family of content creators. The dream of Foundry 17 has finally come to fruition, boasting eight super-modern workspaces for local creatives. We can now safely say we’ve some of the finest talent in film, photography, illustration, marketing and design engineering under one roof, and we couldn’t be happier to have them running their businesses from our digs. Check out the full killer lineup
here.
So… peace, love, fame, fortune and fuck Brexit. All the best from The Illicit Team xx
